Download / Watch Youtube Videos that are no longer available

While watching youtube videos, sometimes there a situations comes for any particular uploaded video which Youtube denies to play as saying “this video is no longer available”. So does it mean; as it displayed or is there any way to bypass this unavailability.

If being very frank recently i came across a very small utility which not only can display the deleted or removed video but can also download them on the harddisk for further view.
