Fix size of the starting window of an application when starts


This is also one of the basic problem with some of the users that with any particular program they want its position and size fixed every time the application opened. But this is somehow not possible with the windows version we are using even this is also not possible to with the latest version Windows 7 released. So if you are really in need then what to do?
